Lots of new Gooner updates!

This last week has been, to tell the truth, really hectic preparing for the launch of The Gooner Review 08-09; but it has been worth it!
The trailer is looking great, and we've had some great response to it. We had a small private screening of the film a few days ago and got a lot of really great unbiased praise.

Recent updates:
  • We can now confirm all (thats 100%) of the profits from the film will be going towards Bob Wilson Willow Foundation
  • You can now pre-order The Gooner Review film for a special price of £9.99 before Saturday 1st August
So now we are wanting to spread the word of the film and we need everyone else to help us do it. Lets do it!

Special Guest Presenter!

As mentioned in an earlier post, Paul Kaye hasn't only done an interview for us, but he will now be presenting the film. We spent a great day filming with Paul, in which he will be using his wit and comical tongue to excitingly bring the film together.

For people who don't know of Paul Kaye:
He is a comedian and actor achieving notoriety in 1995 portraying the character of Dennis Pennis, a shock interviewer on The Sunday Show. Recently he has been known as rude New Jersey lawyer Mike Strutter with his own show Strutter on MTV.

The editing stage...

Filming has finally come to an end for this years Gooner Review. We have been graced with alot of great Gooners and football writers over the past couple of months who have provided some brilliant interviews and great opinions. Paul Kaye will also be presenting the film, something we are all excited about as he adds another energetic element to the film.

Now we are currently editing the film, creating the artwork, and generally preparing for Saturday 1st August. Everyone at the Gooner Review headquarters are eagerly anticipating the final version of the film, which we can confidently confirm will be brilliant viewing for Gooners of all ages across the world!
